The complainant is an English tourist who has anti-rape insurance and the security employee denies the facts

Another case was resolved by our law firm. A guard at a hotel in Benidorm was provisionally released this Friday.

A security worker at a Benidorm hotel was provisionally released last Friday and was arrested by the National Police for an alleged sexual assault reported by a 43-year-old English tourist who was staying at the hotel.

The security employee, defended by the lawyer Roberto Sánchez Martínez, denied the facts denounced by the British tourist, who admitted to the Police that he had taken out travel insurance that covered this type of aggression.

The party

The British tourist, who was staying with a friend in a hotel, reported to the Police that both returned to the establishment early in the morning after celebrating a party in the “guiri area” of Benidorm and as two workers had drunk they offered to Accompany them to the upper rooms. Upon reaching hers, according to the complainant, he raped her vaginally and anally while putting a pillow on her face.

On the contrary, the detained worker declared that the two clients were drunk and asked for energy drinks to be brought up to their room. He did so and left, but soon after I had to call them out several times because they bothered other customers. The tourists then requested that more drinks and alcohol be brought up but they were granted.

The police analysis of the security cameras in the hotel hall reveals that the facts denounced by the client do not conform to reality, according to defense sources.
